My heating pad + hydration playbook

After years of trial and error, here is what actually helps me catch a crisis before it spirals. Not medical advice - just what my body has taught me.

1. Electrolytes in the morning, every morning.
2. Two heating pads, one on my lower back, one on my chest.
3. A playlist I only listen to during flares, so my nervous system knows it is safe to rest.
